British Columbia Spearfishing Trip

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
This thread is literally killing me. I'm moving to Michigan on 6/23. I need one week! Maybe I'll slide up there for the front end of the week before I jettison to the Great Lakes.

. It is not looking very good, in terms of finishing some repair issues that arose.

Thanks Tyler, no worries either way. As long as you get yourself there :)

FYI - I plan to bring a laptop - with 80 gig and a 60 usb drive. If anyone starts running out of camera memory I can upload to the laptop then put the pics up on an FTP site for you to retrieve later - or burn them to a cd.

I thought we were all getting Deeperblue.net laptops, ....not tee shirts???

you couldn't handle a willer lapdance ;)

but if you really want a hairy 206 pounder to give you a lapdance there are a lot of girls up here you should meet :head

Not to change the topic from large, hairy canadian women - but what will the water temps be there at Telegraph Cove? Should I bring my 5 mil?

5mm should be fine, I'm afraid I'm going to roast in my 6.5mm :(

I was hoping to slide with my 3 - but I'll play it safe.
My daughter will be using a 3 but she has a short and vest to go with it.

I would really like to go but I am in the PFI course right now and I don't want to miss any classes. Do you guys think a day trip would be woth it? I have no idea how long it takes to get to Telegraph from Vancouver.

Belive it's 3hrs from Nanaimo. so that + the ferry trip......

Just look at the folks that will be there! of course it;s worth it ;)

Just a reminder - I'm bringing along a little riffe mt0 - rigged with a 3/4 inch band and a 5/8 inch band and a 1/4 inch shaft and two wraps - and a 100cm Omer Cobra - stock only with two wraps. I'll pass them around.

Also my daughter would love to try out a monofin if it's possible :) Her finning technique has a ways to go but I think she's really enjoy that.
