Broke my torch - ggrrrr any help?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Took a few days but having posted the broken part I got a new complete new switch mechanism from Denny Diving by return.

The little self tapping screw is a pain to do up. It's a T10 star drive head which was not a problem to me but i struggled to find the right angle drive or tommy bar and adaptor small enough to fit in the housing. I decided to fit a small stainless steel washer under the screw head to spread the load on the area that cracked last time. Eventually sorted - touch wood.

Dave.
