Hi chaps. Hope you're on the mend sj, likewise wish you a speedy recovery.
Not been in much but total tally thus far is 1 bass and 2 mullet. Got fully skunked by the bloom on an early morning planned kayak dive.

Anyway, speaking of kayaks mine is for sale. It's an Ocean Kayak Prowler 13 and all other details are in the 'for sale' section.

Quick report and pics from myself and spearo clarks cornwall trip.

Vis was amazing.....10m +

Day and night dives up to 12m.

So many good quality bass about. I had a fair few in the smaller 4lb range with some big mullet to 5lb.
Best fish for me:

Bass 9lb 1oz, 8lb +, 6lb + and 5lb and a 2lb floundet was my best flattie!

You guys are spoilt for vis and big bass, looking forward to visiting again.

Ah ok well I think I will just have to make to make the most of it! Ive read abit about Porthminster reef being popular with scuba divers and holding a few fish. I guess I am banking on the headland to be good! Anyone catching much in cornwall at the moment? Apart from lee ..
