dolfin fish/dorado in the hoven

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Dolphin fish/Dorado in the oven or grill

1.5 -2 kilo dorado or dolphin fish
juice from one lemon
3 spoons of crash garlic
3 spoons olive oil
half glass of white wine
some rosemary and fresh oregano leaves
salt n pepper

mix all and put on the slices of the fish and make sure the fish gets all the
sauce , put ror 1 hour waiting
put on hoven 40 min at 190 c with all the sauce

serv with rice
i put on the fish some choped green onions and sliced lemon

That looks very delicious. That dark stripes on the slices - aren't they marks from grill? Also, I wonder which Blacksea fish could be a substitute for the dolfin fish.

you can do it also with
amber jack
kink mackarell
sea bream
huge fish
grouper

Oven or gril or oven combined with grill?
 
you can put it on the oven and you can grill it what ever you like , its good for the two ways
