Thanks for that guys,
Suprised at how much lead you need with these suits. I have dived for the past few years using a 3/2 summer surf suit with 3 kilos and a 5/4/3 winter surf suit during the autum with 5-6 kilos.
After buying a proper spearo suit I can't believe how blooming cold I used to get, I'm well toasty now; best investment this year!!!
I got these aswell, but they do feel a bit bulky, any advice on these and if they are good for spearo Long Apnea Fins for Spearfishing Freediving - Tigullio Grinta

That I did Sir Podge, 2 fine specimins, should have been a third but the cold slowed my brain!!
Top job, my turn next week. (I hope)

Further to my last any recipe's or ways of cooking these little beauties would be most welcome....
(Podge - the flatty king especially) :friday
Maybe you could tell me if they were three breeds or just two as well...
If you can feel the spine (prickling your finger) when running your finger from head to tail it's a flounder. If it's smooth then it's a plaice
