Going to try something very different tomorrow. Fair bit of effort involved I.e. planning, blue prints, risk assessments etc...but hoping trying something new will pay off! If it 'doesn't' work i will tell u all the secret!!!!

I'm after a custom suit. I'm bored with the old camo pattern......so was thinking a custom replica 'Batman' spearing suit with six pack loading pad, utility belt and ears! I could be 'the dark night'.
Also was thinking of an adapotor piece for the end of my torch; the bat signal.

Surely that's a winner ??? The cape cud double as a grab bag.

You obviously haven't watched the Incredibles.............. The bady, 'Syndrome' wore a cape & he met his demise by being sucked into a Jet engine.....

So you should abide by the 'No Cape' rule.

There should also be a a 'no Cider* rule' when using Facebook, Twitter & Deeperblue texting........... ;o)

Anyways back to reality. Superman and myself are off to Cornwall in a couple of hours, maybe meeting up with the penguin?
We are hoping to fish a few very sechluded spots on a specimen hunt.
I have snuck some kryptonite into my float in an effort to outfish spearoclark Kent

Yeah castle town area is prob yer best bet for vis Tunny. But the harbour really is a last resort dive. That's why we're heading deep south..

Why last resort mate - not producing many fish?

It's an hour and a half drive for me as it is - can't get a pass for too long to head further SW from the missus as we have a 10 month old son!

Am hoping to get in on Saturday night. Think castle town will be only option unless Bali bay is sheltered (if wind turns slightly) and I can make the effort to walk down, not tried it before. but would be a bit of a treck if the vis is poor! perhaps Newtons?

Bad vis and winds down south probably means good vis and winds for me up here in Norfolk, I'll have to go for a dive tomorrow me thinks.. Thanks for the update guys.. Your threads keep me going when vis and winds stop me from diving.. keep up the good work..

Quick report and pics from myself and spearo clarks cornwall trip.

Vis was amazing.....10m +

Day and night dives up to 12m.

So many good quality bass about. I had a fair few in the smaller 4lb range with some big mullet to 5lb.
Best fish for me:

Bass 9lb 1oz, 8lb +, 6lb + and 5lb and a 2lb floundet was my best flattie!
