Hello everyone!

I'm a beginner freediver training in order to prepare myself for a freediving training course in July.
I do 3 CO2 tables a week.
My problem is that the rescuers at my swimming pool forbid apnea.
I wanted to know how efficient dry dynamic apnea is, and if you could suggest me some good dry dynamic trainings.

Thank you !

Dry dynamic apnea (waking or stationary bike) is amazing cross training for both pool and depth disciplines. Walking up hills is even better as the muscular effort is closer to finning that walking on a flat surface. Stationary biking is even more similar and probably one of the best..

The only thing to remember is that the distance you can walk is not a good predictor of how far you can swim underwater..

Also, try not to have any sharp, hard, or otherwise dangerous objects around that you could fall on in case of a blackout..

Almost happened to me. But my buddy was quick enough to realise
