Hey everyone,
I am new to freedive training (beginners forum...) I seem to have a very poor apnea walk time. Only about 45 seconds. I do this whenever I am just walking around: walk and ventilate keep walking and hold for 45 seconds. I have been happy with static apnea (5:05 yesterday). It doesn't seem like walking should make that much of a difference? What are some good exercises to train for dynamic apnea. (I am doing apnea walks because my local pool isn't open yet). My dynamic no fins pb was a hair over 50 yards last year just playing in the pool no training. Just seems weird my walks are so poor. Should I focus on cardio work? more apnea walks? different walks?
Thanks so much for helping me out.
Kris
