Exhale (FRC) Adaptation

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
on the iron deficiency - I guess you know this already Eric - but I was told to take my iron supplements with pineapple juice because it helps the absorption. Might be worth a try.

I can't remember where I got this from but it should keep us all on the same wavelength in terms of lung volume references technically. However, many of us have begun to refer to FRC as synonymous with ERV. Probably not a good thing.

I also thought that exhale diving involves forcing all the air out. If it only means a passive exhale, I am much more willing to try it.
 
some clarifications here to the word "mucoproteosis"...

proteose stands for a secondary protein derivate and muco stands for a thick jelly like consitency of molecules. mucoproteosis is an adjuvant in gyno-tardiferon only.

sure you can eat spinach and pineapples, but 2 of these red pills a day is much more efficient... as I tried to explain due to the prolongued uptake of Fe+ Ions.
