It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Alarms are never loud enough on any freediving gauge i know of with a 5 mil suit - that's my experience anyway. I hear them okay with a 3 mil if I'm paying attention.

With a 3mm I don't hear them, to the point I thought my unit was defective. I had to hold the warch against my ear location on the hood until am alarm triggered to understand it was working fine.

Somebody needs to invent a louder underwater speaker thingy.

If they made a rechargable model and added a vibration unit I would be happy.

The Liquivision Xen is available with rechargeable batteries - no audible or vibratory alarms though (but cool OLED screen)

Any update on the release date? Or has the merger postponed this indefinitly. I'm really wanting to get a f10, but would be a little bummed to buy a v2 now, if the v3 will be released within the next month

Hi REhder - current Rumor is that it will be released in the next month or so. I've been beta-ing the v3 for a few months and it is a rock solid piece of hardware (like the v2). I do like the easier access to the various configuration options and it does seem to track temperature with the best accuracy of an of my gauges. Highly recommended - best Beta I've ever seen. Otherwise maybe pick up a V2 on discount :)

Have you tried the F11?
Is the F11 better than the F10 v3?

HI Ulf. I have both. The f.11 is excellent and has a few features the f.10 lacks - settable sample rate, more alarms, goes deeper (150m). At this point the f.10 has a more useful surface display. The f.10 v2 and v3 are pretty much functionally identical - except that the v3 has simplified access to the various settable options.

Are they the same size? The F10 looks bulkier than the F11. I'm thinking of buying one for my wife and she has quit thin wrists so it would be good if it wasn't to big.
Have you had any other computers that you could compare it to?

I think the measurements are available on the Aeris site. The f.11 is definitely larger.
