I thought you might be interested, i dove to 20 meters today ^.^ first time i have gone past 12. (i had a buddy) your advice helped a lot, i found it much easier to relax that deep. still had a few secs to have a look around too..

Saw a few biggish groupers and loads of garfish! wish i had my spear!

Great! Relaxation and practice will give results. And I'm glad you had a buddy! A first time dive to 20 meters without a competent buddy would be VERY dangerous.
