Guys, what kind of oil U use to cook fish?
I know many people likes canola but for me it's a big no no. I used to cook fish on butter or clarified butter but since I discovered coconut oil it tastes so good I can't think of better way.
Here's what I buy, expensive but worth it
Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil - Certified Organic from Tropical Traditions
I use corn oil to deep fry because it won't burn at very high temp.
