Hi,
I'm sorry if i missed an answer here in the board but i couldn't find a satisfying one in all the apnea walk dicussions.
You can get your "body" used to low oxygen levels by, for example, frc apnea walks. Hope i am right so far.
If i would like to train for CNF do i have to train my arms for that kind of stress, or is the effect of the training affecting the whole body?
Does hypoxia training have to be muscle specific for the muscles you use most in your discipline ( like weightlifting ) or is it a "Whole body" adaptation ( like getting more stamina through cardio ) ?
Tommy
