I will go on vacation this summer in croatia (Novalja) and i wanted to try out spearfishing with a pole spear. Since I am just a beginner i wanted to buy a very cheap spear. I heard that Aluminium spears are heavily discussed since they are heavy but pack a punch. Do I also need a speacial license except a fishing license? If anyone wants and has the capacity to take me fishing while I'm there, text me please
