Re: June 18.19

Thanks to everyone who came to SaltFree this weekend - the hottest weekend we have ever had there I think. Hope the sunburn isn't too bad!

Remi, Franck, Dave M, Ross and Rob took the plunge on the main line backed up by Angels Ben and Mark Dean. Meanwhile Paula and Andy had picked the best weekend of the year to complete their ** Freediver course with me - well done you two! couple of stars!

Highlight of the weekend - NDAC gave us a shed for all our kit so we can leave it on the pontoon and not have to carry all the ropes, floats etc up and down the road anymore - unfortunately it came flat packed. Dave Morgan led the shed building bootcamp and it was up before you can say....

well... a few hours later...

thanks you guys, it was a fun one! Not a bad barbecue Saturday night either - although of course Bryns Barrel barbie would have been better!! (sorry Rob you did your best!). The veggie burgers in fresh air and sunshine after a day in the water were delicious....

Photos are up on http://www.geocities.com/samdive/NDCrg.html

but you took a lot more than me so send me some good ones and I'll add them (and NO NOT the one of me falling out my bikini wearing a bright blue swim hat!!)

Sam

Re: June 18.19

HOT, HOT, HOT! It's still hot!

Great weekend! Thanks Sam. Hope to see you and the boys soon for freediving practices. Not sure if I can go back to being a scubie now...

Re: June 18.19

oooh Remi you'll get me in trouble!! Remember CANADIANS look at this site and they can't handle nudity (to quote Kirk Krack last summer!!)

If any Canadians would like to complain, you know where I am....

who is that anyway??? Rob? or Mr Morgan???

Re: June 18.19

They can't handle nudity ? well, ok :duh

It is Mr Morgan, must be why he was so keen to build te shed :)

Re: June 18.19

any excuse to dance naked ... maybe it was some kind of ancient "shed christening good luck" ritual ..... but I do think we should show more respect to the shed!

Re: June 18.19

honestly, get changed on ponton was a good idea..... bright white butt everywhere... but a good idea, i don't think we may handle that on november or march...

Re: June 18.19

so do we now need a "girls shed" and a "boys shed" or are we going to be all scandinavian and not give a damn??? and if so, do the girls have to build their OWN shed? If so it will have fluffy cushions and a red bordello feel about it.... and Laura Storm and I will make it our office.. do you reckon you can get broadband down there?

more importantly - if all this great banter makes you want to come and see our SHED or even come along and DIVE with us - the next big meet is 23/24 July.. follow the thread and tell me if you'd like to come

S

What!!!! There won't be anything girlie about our shed ... vodka on the rocks with lime, hardcore rock and roll - Whitesnake, Van Halen or Led Zep - and a life sized pin-up of Jon Bon Jovi

Laura Storm

oh come on Laura - allow me at least SOME femininity.... I am starting to feel a bit bloked-out what with having to watch Dave Morgan's bum bouncing around on the pontoon and getting all hot and sweaty in the rubber gear all weekend....

I'm gonna put a mirror up in the shed so I can check my bright red waterproof lipstick is still in place post dive

Yeah.. right...

S
:)

mm... I don't think Elios do pink...

slightly concerned at the amount of comments from the boys about the mermaid challenge and the current "lack" of good looking women at SaltFree... Laura you should support me in this! we have become too much "one of the lads"! Its time for a revolution!

S

not really famous for being that girly.....

by the way...

for the mermaids: i like them redhead/ginger , tall if possible , not that big boobs ( but just enought for....) , and funny and she must like french people ( a lot).
keep me posted. :p
