I've seen a lot of Turkish, use the scientific name of orfoz, which was in use 20 years ago.
20 yaers ago hte scientific name of this fish was Epinephelus gigas, about 10 years ago changed to Epinephelus guaza and now Epinephelus marginatus is used.

I asked and found out that Grouper madness is right!!!!
So I think I will go to Turkey, for fishing seabass!!!!!
