Hello everyone,
When doing statics, and you are doing your breath - ups, should you breath in through your mouth, out through your nose, vica - versa, or just nose, or just mouth?
Is it even important?
Thanks.

From what I know that I have learned in Yoga,
its better to breathe in through your nose, and out your mouth.

Breathing in the nose, warms up the air,
and it filters out impurities among a list of things.

How it will affect your breathe up , I dont know,
but his is how I do most of my breathe-up...

I always find I get a smoother breath through my mouth so breath up through my mouth for static.
For constant it can be a good idea to do some of your breath up through your nose if you can as that gets all your bits and pieces (sinuses I guess) better lubricated.. or at least thats what someone told me
yoga always seems to want you to breath through your nose but I reckon its up to you

my breathing routine after stretching is nose in/ mouth out.
since i get higher breathing resistance breathing through the nose and its also more demanding to inhale fully i believe i continue stretching and working my chestmuscles. then maybe 5 minutes before the static i breath mouthin/mouthout. that slows me down even more.
that routine gives me a rather pleasent feeling.

cheers
