Hi! I'm 22 years old 1,83 tall, 80kg. I start with 1,30min. without any effort and no contractions and get to 2,30 with 10-12contactions. my max is 2,46,but i did it with a cigarette smoke in my lungs.I haven't done much practice over the years(i haven't had any practice at all, exept occasional swimming in summer) but i can do 45-48m in dynamics without any previous preparations for example like holding breath. Do i have potentials? How should i go on?
I've ordered OMER millenium longblade fins and omer abyss mask. Is it a good choice?

Thanx :))

Stop smoking... and get yourself a buddy to train with.. solo can be even more of an "killer" than a smoke that you breath..
I think you have potential, take look at some breathing exercises they'll help you to get started and improve your statics like nothing else.. :)
