I have a surhery in two weeks and and I won't do any diving, ,so I would like tu use that time to train.I just cant organize my training. I would us:
O2/CO2 tables
Pranayama
Packing & Stretching
Apnea walk
Stairs apnea
Apnea pushups (I like them:))
I dont have any accses to pool so i can't do any dynamics...
So, how do I organize my training with these?

PS:
Also if you have any more ideas put them here;)

So, what do you think of this...

The training is in the .doc format...
please, tell mi what you think!
thanx!

I really liked your training program.. But with so much training each day, how high is your intensity?? And where can i find information on how to do the pranayama which so many freedivers do??
