That's certainly true. On the other hand having 5 hours with two international judges in the pool to do your record, like it was in this case, is also not something too common, and comparable to the stress at competitions, or usual record attempts. That told, I still value very highly the performance, definitely believe that Herbert deserves the record, and sincerely congratulate him.
