well riki some common sense prevails after al hope things get sorted quickly. the cleanup is well under way.
jtkeywest you prove your ignorance with every sentence go research who owns bp and which american companys merged with it you idiot!
its not the first major incident in the gulf of mexico its not the first drilling rig to go bang there neither.
and if the situation was to be reversed i would not be wishing it on anyone else or bleating like a little boy wanting to erase a country from the world map and venting my anger via the web like a bullying victim .
id get off of my arse and go and help out. good luck now jarhead!!!!![/quote
with a name like british petroleum. its easy to think its owned by britain.thats irrelevent anyway.
i never said ANYTHING about wiping any country off the map,(though i could think of a couple) if we were gonna start doing that england is probably the last country we would do that to. i never said that. i said to seize bp's assets. before you get your tea sippin prissy ass all in a fuss. check the thread. unless you have your finances tied up in bp stock. you would have nothing to fear, and thats "if" i was the dictator of america starting today. which i am not. if you are correct and history completely reverses itself and bp pays EVERYONE . all the money owed, then i will stand corrected. but 1 year from now when bp is trying to sidestep in court, like every oil company ever. i will await your apology. i still have not heard you respond to the shear volume of this spill. its equal now with the second biggest spill ever in world history. by the time its over it WILL be the biggest spill in world history. how do you compare that to single tanker/ partial spills in europe? actually you can compare: each day is equal to one of those spills, give or take 25000 barrels. EACH DAY! this is going on for 2 weeks, that makes this equal / as of today/ to 14 of those single tanker spills FOURTEEN OF THEM! this spill is equal to 14 of your "comparitive" spills
so far. in another month it will be the largest spill in world history. but as long as its not on "your " doorstep. its no big deal. england has no coral reef, so you really dont have a platform to preach from. your words are trivia . this is a real nightmare for me, and i will spend countlees hours cleaning this mess up. i want the people responsible to pay dearly. i really dont care who owns this company, i really dont. i dont WANT to believe that its somehow british owned. i like britain, thats preposterous! i never said such a thing.i only pointed out that its foriegn owned, drilling off our coast. thats just one more annoying fact of all this, but it seems to be all you heard me say, and keep focusing on that. britain would hand them over if we wanted you to, bad enough, i am sure. so quit trying to turn this into somekind of england versus america. this is about oil companies versus planet earth and we better wise up and stop coddling these evil corporations, or we will all be dead soon enough. either way making light of this, by saying its happened before and quit crying and all that, really isnt your place. so maybe you should piss off. change the channel. watch the other war on the other channel for a while BTW: i'm not a jarhead . do you know what that is? its not much of an insult. maybe even a good thing. thank you. baldhead.
