Pool Workout

Some great ideas here by the way. Three weeks ago, I tried to do 25 meter laps underwater with fins with 30 seconds of breathing between them. I did 6 laps and that was enough! In the last two laps, I started finning faster towards the end, something I should not do - should remain calm and at an even pace. Anyway, I couldn't have done half a lap more, I was exhausted, panting, and my heart was out of my chest.
I have done 10 x 25m with an eternity of breathing between them (one minute, that is) in the past, so, maybe I could try 45 or 50 seconds of rest. I'll try that tomorrow.

As for dry training you can do walks: yesterday, I did 6 x 1 minute apnea walks with 30 seconds of rest between them and I could have done more. I felt good and contractions didn't bother me at all. Time to translate that to dynamic with fins underwater...
