In a second mail he explains his situation in more detail, which strikes me a totally honest and genuine. The very personal things I'll not post it here, unless Karmo wants it to be posted. What I can say that Karmo has a some health problems due to some past glues. He also gets 30-100 emails a day, so is working as hard as he can, and catching up emails on days of less fin production.
With a positive expectation I'm awaiting to hear from Radziah to report to us on getting the parcel number, her fin, and her user experience of the fin.

Thank you for that all information and I am very sorry that you don't receive answer jet.
I am very happy that you Kars van Kouwen promote my company products and I am very thankful.
This year I had problems with my healt and I was out of work unfortunately, it is long story and my English is not good.
Radziah Radzi monofin is ready but I must clue there only the wings and then I can ship it off immediately.
I believe that I can send Radziah monofin parcel off beginning of next week when I am back in work.
This year was not good to me and I am not happy with my service but I am still optimist and I promise that all my customers all owed the world get his goods.
SpecialFins is my family company and I make fins since 1991 and I wish to make fins in future to and it is the reason why all my customers must be happy.
I do my best to make customers happy but we all have better days and not so good days.
