Ive taken crab sandwiches to work for the past three days, I've had two lobster salads, a thermidor, and today, I have a lobster baguette for lunch. I'm happy to see the bowl empty.
I normally cook the lobster/crab, remove the meat, and then freeze what I don't use after a couple of days. I use thick freezer bags or plastic takeaway containers. It keeps quite well for a few months.Hi Chris since you are an expert on Lobbies I thought I would ask you something I have been wondering about. How do you store lobster that you can't cook or eat straight away. Do you freeze it live to cook later or cook it and then freeze the cooked meat?
For how long?I've kept them live in the salad part of the fridge before cooking
Not where I've been, it's seemed pretty normal to me.are you guys being plagued by billions of bait fish?
