I managed to miss two big bass today, why is it when your spear tip is virtually on top of them I still manage to miss. I have been doing well but when I see those big boys I let myself down. Good luck to Mr Bass I guess. I had one bass, a big mullet and stabbed a flounder at the end. Probably have a go again tomorrow. I feel like I am going to get a PB.....#mojo

I get the impression that it is the place that potential victims/prey, with little or no awareness of the dangerous perverts that are loose in our society, go to :(. Spearos go to the sea to fish. Where do the pervs go to "fish" for their prey...

Dive with the kids in Torbay yesterday. The vis was variable but quite good in places. I was suprised not to see a single silver fish despite checking out quite a few likely spots. We were primarily looking for corals though so it was still a good day :)

well i did shoot a big bass today. just in range. explosion of flashing silver, i pulled on the gun and subsequently pulled the speartip out of the poor fish, i should have let the gun go as i was under the kelp in the roots he couldnt have gone far. havjng said that, when the line or gun snagged the speartip would probably have came out anyway. hey ho. try again next time. I could see all the rocks exposed around the eddystone today. big tides.

Went for a dive yesterday evening looking for Trigger fish in the hope of getting a few on film. I did manage 3 triggers. I shot one in a hole and pulled 2 out. I didnt see the second fish hid in behind the first trigger. It was a lucky shot and ended up the biggest trigger i have ever had,4lbs. I had it all on film.

I was out for a spear yesterday in Brixham and as i was surfacing I saw what looked like a shovel nose shark around 1.5m long im pretty shore you cant get them over in the uk. Anyone know what this is send me a message if you know what it could be.Could it of been a type of ray?
