Hello everybody!
Can anybody give me some information of special food that helps to improve my freediving capacities? Everyone has a perfect training and a perfect equipment, but almost nobody cares about a healthy diet. I know that a healthy diet is good, but I' d like to have more specific information.
Thanks,
Manuel

Yep, I would like to hear from anyone on this level too ... I mean, the biggest influences to a body have to be what go in and what come out, right?

I've mentioned it before on DeeperBlue, but the website:

www.whfoods.com/

has loads of good stuff on healthy foods.

Surely you guys/girls out there have SOME thoughts about what might be ('just') healthy foods, and therefore by definition, good for Freediving?
