Heyy spearos need some help , im going to be making my own bands 13 mm , and was wondering what size spectra shoud i used and if i can use the samw spectra to do the constrictor knots,i will be using beads inside the bands , thanks

The material which is used for the wishbones is generally NOT what you want to use for making the constrictor knots.

The material is often too thick and some line is relatively slick and smooth.

We sell a braided line which we use to hand tie all the bands we custom make and also all he bands which are installed on our guns. We have some instructional information on band making, constrictor knots, line crimping etc. - all the stuff you need to know to keep your guns working like new.
