I am an instruktor in a sports school, I hav alwas done a lot of spearfishing and has recently started to train statics more seriuosly.
I have made 6,44 and my goal is 7 min. I am doing statics one day and a day of rest normally. But when I do running training The rest phase depends of your shape. If you are in good shape you should do more training and shortet rest periods. This is called super compensation, the reason for we get better when we train.
So my question is. Would it be wise to do statics 2-3 days in a row and then 1 days rest? Mayby just do a lot of static and then feel in your body when your body have compensated for it.
