I placed an order with Subprof a year ago. I was annoyed by the fact that I could not pay from China (and have it delivered to China) with my UK CC (there is no such provision in the online form).
I was working there at the time and I just wanted to have a break somewhere locally, like Thailand. So it seemed to me like a good idea to have gear delivered to me, rather than me going back in the UK only to fetch my gear. Unfortunately Subprof staff were not very helpful. They seemed to be more like machines just packing and sending the orders (you know that feeling when you hit bureaucracy wall and there is no way forward). I was ready to pay any additional charges, due to unusual requirements.

So, I had to change my holiday plans. I had my order delivered to the UK in less than a week and in good shape.

Hi I'm trying to buy a cressi speargun from Subprof.com however when I try and select the 90cm version and add it to my cart, it changes back to 60cm.. Very frustrating and it happens on a number of items.. Anyone had this problem before?
