Kars you have correctly noticed some tension. Its because I am using a "blade" method during my breastrokes. This costs me some tension on the body but gives me huge glide. I have made some experiments and have noticed that after the breastroke it is better to keep hands straight like blades on the side and foots really extended like balerinas instead of having my hands, arms and legs totally relaxed (this slows me down significantly).
You can see that on the video especialy for the arms. Hands are kept like blades and after the stroke are comed on the side (rather than the classic relaxed looking up with curved fingers).
