Don't purchase 9mm socks in hope to keep your feet warm for winter dives.
There is not a foot pocket in this world that fits a size 9 with 9mm socks! !!!!

So pointless!

Along the same lines, don't blast-clear your snorkel when 10m down, forgetting that you really ought to be on the surface before blowing all your air out :duh

If a bottle of hair conditioner you find in the bathroom contains any kind of vitamin, essential mineral or rare plant don't use it to lubricate your wetsuit.

Never try on a dry open cell suit when home alone

When you 'stab' rather than shoot a flatfish, do not remove it from spear whilst gun still loaded and pointing up under your chin!!!!! Gotta love my idiot brother.

Feck, hope nothing happened.

Remember to empty your bowels before you attempt a night dive.
Don't eat chilli or spicy food the day before a dive.

With the above in mind; & if possible, a small bottle of lube/conditioner attached to your float would probably be handy if you do not heed my warnings/tips.
