OK!
Do you use "Kalipso" (UBL) system?

How to make good rubber tube for closing muzzle.

I made a cone ring for Tomba11 slightly different shape and lighter.
Both 7 mm and 6,5 mm shafts could be used with same adapter.

Not sure about "Kalipso", but YES, it is UBL.
Top quality material.
Excellent finishing. :inlove :inlove :inlove

Tromic,
do you think that all parts of the muzzle can be made from derlin ( poliacetal), atleast corrozion will be avoided in this case, but is this material strong enought ?

I've tried it up to 25 kg loading effort. I suppose poliacetal would be OK for 6,5 mm shaft. For 7 mm I am not sure. I would rather use aluminum.

As i know tovarish is made from derlin ( poliacetal ) , is there in records for broken tovarish kits?

I don't know if there were in records for broken tovarish kits, but there are also Tovarich kits with muzzle made in aluminum. I saw some pictures on Spanish forum.

There are Tovarich kits made completely from delrin (i have one for my spark 110) and also made from aluminum with only the muzzle tip made from delrin (I have one on my mirage).

does anyone know where i might be able to find an o ring in 7x12x2.5 mm here in the USA? i've spent about 12 dollars on random o rings hoping to get lucky with no luck. also @ tromic--- would you reccomend polishing the spear shaft so that the o ring gets a good seal and slides better? i am very anxious to put together a tomba 12 but it is hard to find the o-rings so far. also- does the sten have a muzzle size bigger than the cyrano? or would i just need to find an 8x12 o-ring for it to work? thanks to all you guys!

I'm glad you are going to make Tomba12 yourself. For Sten you might make Tomba12easy but you must change the screw on the top of the muzzle with the screw from Cyrano's muzzle or make new adapter for Tomba12, for 7 mm shaft. You can make Tomba12 only using a lathe. Polishing the shaft is recommended. For 8 x 12 o-ring you must make adapter, can not use Sten's muzzle.
Cheers

don paul! thanks! they have them-by the hundreds! ha ha! cant wait to try it out! tromic- should i lower the bar in my cyrano 700 from 30 to 24 for so i dont crack the piston when firing dry barrel? its at about 31 bar right now. thanks! ----steve

Your welcome mate, that old yellow book of theirs has kept many a project on track. I have put in orders at the near the end of the day and had it the next AM.

I don't shoot the Cyrano, but it's not unlike the other air springs I have. If you start at 20 bar and and work up to mid twenty's only as necessary ( clear water or larger fish) you can't go wrong.

Cheers, Don

WOW tromic congrats you have come a long way with your system...I have not read the entire thread but have you made any for the Omer airbalete??? I take it that you are making them for cyranos yes?

Tone, My kit has been doing fine at 20 bar, just waiting for the rains to stop on a weekend and show some results.

Cheers, Don

There are two Tomba kits on Airbaletes on testing at the moment. Don has one of them. We are awaiting for his results.

I really like th elook of the Tomba 12 easy and the Tomba11!
