Well, as written, the speed may be quite different on purpose, not only due to a different technique or different propulsion. Maybe Carlos does not use much his hands when sinking, rahter just the freefall and using the descent more for relaxing, while Martin may help more with hands also during the sink phase.

And if you want to compare DYN - a better example are the curent records of the Molchanov familiy: mother 200m in 3:04 (monofin) while the son was much faster - 200m in just 2:20

I just wanted to know if a problem occured during his dive : current or another thing.

He had equalisation problems. It took him a long time to equalise at depth (~100m).
