I discoverd many new things in life through freediving. I learned to feel, learned about intuition, learn to trust intuition fully. I've learned to be as hounoust and senciere as I can be. This get's rewarded in many great ways. I meet the right people the right time, gain new insights, get the right offers of strangers. In short someone(s) is takeing care of me up there. The more I come to know the I realise is to learn. I feel I'm here to learn. There is not a thing a bad knowledge, only the aplication of it can be good or bad. The more one get's to know, the more responsibility one has.
I'm happy to share the experiences and knowledge and views I've obtained. I've become aware that it's a process, and views change. But some things don't seem to change, love and hate. I've come to understand that knowledge and understanding breeds, fuels love. Hate is fueled by fear. Fear is a product of the mind, and is fueled by not knowing, not understanding.
Since I've come to understand man a bit I don't get angry anymore, and human invoced fear has gone out of the window.
Yoga in my perception helps to clean and nurish our body, the vehicle we're here to use for experiencing practicing and learning. Cleaning ones body makes your brain also more clean, and that allows for better listening to the out as well as the inside. God speaks to everyone, but due to the poisening of our bodies, overloading our senses, overloading our minds with useless tasks and nonexisting problems, we cannot hear God. This knowlegde is hidden from mankind by many religeous groups, who like to have the knowledge monopoly in order to control groups and indevituals.
Since God speaks to everyone, I'm sure even the most advocate of reason, mind = everything there is, will encounter Gods' signs sooner or later. But one cannot be forced, as I've discovered. The best approach for me is listen to their stories, and share ones view in order to shift the listeners thought paradigm. There is so much more to learn, to discover, it would be a pitty to cancel out knowledge, for knowlegde leads tu understanding which opens pathways to love.
Be not afraid and try some yoga, clean your body of toxines, and experience the difference. Share knowlegde and free humanity.
I would love to read about DBmembers discoveries and experiences with Yoga and freediving!
Thanks, Love, Peace and Water!
