thanks Pim for all the live updates you manage to give, that was great for us to be able to follow what's happening there.

Now Pim , get your ass over to the bar for some pre-afterparty drinking.
You have done more then enough, more then anyone could have asked from you.

ps. Also to compensate for the birthdayparty over here you are missing tonight.
We have to catch up later with some caipirinhas.......

Thanks guys but we are waiting for protest-result in the female B-final as it would be new national record AND 2nd place in B-final (Hanako Hirose, 173m DQ).

The atmosphere AND drama in the pool was great today. Also the building tension in the pool area if the heats are opened by 2 massive swims (both in DNF and DYN) is a great way to experience freediving (pool). I have to say for audience this is the way to do a Worlds; tactics, drama, winners and non-winners all together at the same time.

So no drinks at the moment and will not drink anyway as I want to drive home tomorrow morning.

I hear (more or less) that the team-static will no go on as most are high on adranaline from jumping from 10m tower and the group photo at the bottom....but that is a rumor as I am sitting in the control room.....

Glenn, it is a pity to miss a Brasilian party in Amsterdam......:head we catch up soon I hope.

Grtzzzz Pim

actually the pool building and surrounding area is being evacuated at the moment due to a bomb-alert!!!!!

Only Stavros and me are ordered to stay and defuse the bomb.....:martial

Here you see picture of the bomb and probably the last picture of Stavros and me....it was nice being here in this world but, as you can see, we are not really confident what to do!!!!!

Grtzzzzzz, Pim

Great competition we had here, nice organisation and a lot of spactators
The first time CMAS beat AIDA lool.. no one expected this to happen Well I am sorry not to attack Dave´s 250m I´ll try it on next competition, this was yust to important dive to risk anything. And Stig was sooo impresive, realy he is the man.. no training, running around all day long and then baaam 238m clean as a man can be... great.
I have to go party now, so wil be back with more info soon

so we back we survived disarming the bomb and party can begin.....

wow wow wow, we are going to have to call Guy Brew " guy the gold kiwi" and Suzy - what can be said about her, an amazing comeback, absolutely amazing, she has taken 2 national records in DYN in 2 months and silver at the world champs as well - yayyyyyyy!

Kathryn, what a star, 3 events, 3 medals - thats very impressive.

Be warned, Kiwis party like they compete - be afraid, be very afraid!

Impressive rally by the japanese team! I was expecting top results from Hammy and Mimizun, but 219m! And Hanako doing NR! Maa-chan and Katsumi did a very good show too... 本当ね!

Pim, I thought danish bombs were made of Lego?

Guy, you bloody legend!

Hang on, just saw the women's results too. 1st kiwi chick to 200m, awesome Suzy
