I have questions for you, did you look what is under 2 rubber O-rings (on top of muzzle), I was wondering why would somebody put 2 O-rings on tip of gun, I assume that maybe under O-rings are small holes for escaping of execs water.

And other question is: does in manual that comes with gun writes something about what to do with gun before inserting spear inside (I usually drain water from barrel of gun before inserting spear inside, it is small amount of water) , I hope you understand me.

It's in perfect condition and there's nothing wrong with it, the only reason I'm selling it is that loading a pneumatic scares the living hell out of me.

It's been loaded and fired a grand total of 3 times in knee deep water, has never even been out on a fishing trip.
 
Yeepers - that was a quick review. But understand the reason… I never loaded a pneumatic gun either - nothing did go wrong I hope?

I presumed that, when loading a pneumatic, as you pushed the spear in, there would be some sort of safety mechanism that would stop the spear ejecting if you slipped / messed up your loading phase - turns out there's not.

I know people love their pneumatics and get on fine with them but personally, that's not something I feel comfortable with.

Such a shame as it's a stunning gun - unimaginably bummed that I never got to use it :waterwork
 
Sounds final. Personally, I would sleep over it. I'm sure it can grow on you; once you have the whole loading procedure down it may become second nature.

I'm sure it would become second nature but there'd always be that worry.

Problem is I have no reference point. I can't find a price anywhere on the net. Sporasub still has it listed as 0 and a few other sites as well
 
That's a 10% discount on what I paid.

Looking at the price of the ONE SPEARGUN on the Sporasub America site - that has a $190 premium on what we'd pay in Europe.

Judging the current prices, I'd guess that the One Air will be around $540 when it's released in the USA.

Imagine if you saw someone loading a band gun by first inserting the wishbone into the spear notch, then manually pulling the spear down the barrel and into the trigger mech. That sounds pretty dumb and dangerous, right?

Well, that is exactly what you do with a pneumatic. Which in my mind, is pretty dumb and dangerous. I guessed that there'd be a safety mechanism in place to stop the spear flying out if you failed to clip it in at the bottom - as it turns out, there isn't. I would have loved to have known this before I purchased the gun but as it turns out, I didn't.

Bit of a bummer but hey, we learn something new ever day.

lol, Bros, you deserve some fun and well intended flack for this one mate i absolutely love that you have so much character and liven up these forums for us!
There is very little info on loading pneumatics available, so i can see how you misunderstood the loading. In the past i looked at the airbalete 110 but didnt fancy anything shorter for the same reason. Foxfish must have told you about his spear through the neck story, right?

Maybe look for a nice wooden arrow slinger instead...
