Hmmm...little extra trick, only for you Lidija, that knock out seemed me a pretty frightening :)

I figured out couple of years back that a little hypoxia widens most of the cavities. Including nose etc. This can be also felt while it happens. So if your (left ear?) problem may be related with a little tight eustachian tube u can try this: do a little hyperventilation (empty lung breath holding does not always feel nice without it), then total exhale and wait (O2 level drops quickly). If you are sharp you can feel when sinuses etc expand. Then try your equalization. Maybe works maybe not. Most of the people has been succeed with their equalization after that trick. :)

Thanx a lot Kimmo!!!(even if it was only for the knock out;)) Never hear about that one before.I'll try it.

Uhhh...forgot to mention. U can start to breath when u need urge to do it. BO is not necessary in this case, while sinuses opens before BO anyway :)

Btw this works also while flu has blocked nose breathing but the effect will not remain pretty long...
