Ok, so enlighten me, I figured the water must have crazy swell. Where is bluerock?

Okay Mr RBotes - enough, enough! No seriously it must have been cool.

Shame, was thinking the hottentot must've been super grumpy this weekend..

Lenny, A frame tomorrow. Keen?

NewWave and Rbotes, thanks for the pool session! I'm looking forward to then next one!

The viz is reasonable but not great.

There has been a lot of action in the bay in the past week. Lots of birds (feathered kind) in the water fishing, dolphins, seals and even a whale, so I'm guessing there is a lot of action going on below the water.

sigh, would really like to, but i think i might tied up in the morning.:head What about Sunday?

hmmmm, birds and dolphins you say... That sounds like yellowtail. When did you see this + where?

Also wanted to ask about your avatar: Where was that: You must of freezed your but off!

I might be able to do Sunday. Text me when you know for sure.

That pic was taken near one of the wrecks in Simon's Town. It was rather cool :) but it was summer at least.

Oh yeah, I saw all the sea life outside my window all through the week. Not much out there today though.

Dived Smits on saturday morning...was CLEAN! buddies shot some hotties and butterfish...I was going for Galjoen.....only saw afew of them and the clean water made them very skittish...so no luck there :(

John and myself had a great dive at Millers on Sunday. The viz was beautiful! I shot a gallie and a butterfish, and after shooting a butterfish himself, John seems to be hooked on spearfishing. Another convert, hehe :)

Will post a pic when I figure how to get it off my phone.

Why not just buy a shorter railed barrel from Christies sports, it will cost you R100 or so, and if you include a new spear in the price, it will still be a whole lot cheaper than buying a new gun.

Here's my Galjoen, Not the biggest but still a few cm over size.
