To keep it simple how about.....
1.Prize for Specimen hunt winner
For the species hunt a diver need only catch one fish/crustacean of each of the eligible species.
The winner of the specimen hunt would be the diver who catches the most species over two days of the specimen hunt. In the event of a divers catching the same number of species, the diver with the heaviest catch wins?
2) Prize for biggest bass
3) Prize for biggest mullet
4) Prize for biggest flatfish
Optional kitty..... for somthing?
Finally a limit of 3 fish per species per day? ( in the case of flatfish that would be 3 plaice + 3 sole + 3 turbot ect)
.I'm booking my van onto the ferry for Tue 31st July 14:30 arr. Guernsey 17:35
Staying the week
Returning (unfortunately!! work!) Sun 05th Aug 21:45 - arr UK 00:45
I will be driving from Darlington to Poole (on Monday and staying in Exeter in B&B, and then on to Poole in the am for the ferry) so any northern monkeys (or ferry foot passengers) wanting a lift either way let me know. I will have 3 rear seats and 1 front seat spare and plenty of room for gear.
I will be driving straight back up north on the return journey.
I know I'm probably going earlier than anyone wants to but the return journey may suit those that don't want to pay for a car but go on the ferry.
REF Herm - this is a bit of a bugbear for me as I just cant figure who is coming until every one signs the register!
I have booked for 20 but I have to confirm the numbers very soon & it looks like we have more than 20?
The numbers also define the cost too, so I want to get this sorted ASAP.
