I agree with Samdive. There is always room to learn more. The risk of believing yourself an expert is that you might then think that know it all or enough and stop learning. Learning is a life long pursuit. Things change. The available information increases. Myths get overturned. Barriers move.
I don't know anything about therapists but I heard folk in the USA talk & write about avoiding "toxic" people - people with a negative attitude that tend hold you back, keep you down, stop you growing. Be careful by all means (suggest reading Terry Maas's article on Shallow Water Blackout) but live your life. Tony Babowicz's offer sounds like just the thing: a way to progress more safely and get some more positive influences. Take a responsible adult (e.g. parent) with you if you are not yet an adult.
