Thanks Jonny, I'd binned the scallop idea and was going to try get some mackerel till you said that, I wouldn't say viz was good, especially once the tide turned, but was certainly good enough to get these.

Was diving ok considering I've barely been wet this year!

Looks like you still have the eye for it what depth?

Yeh, got to the stage of rummaging about under seaweed knowing there was one under there from the shape of the depression. Worked well except for the time I grabbed a cuttlefish instead! It was rather unimpressed. There were quite a few of them around.

We have seen lots of sunfish in the past few weeks, saw this little one today but really quite close to the shore..

dived with jason-c on monday we headed to a new mark when we got there the vis was exeptional nothing like i had ever experienced before. but we saw very little a few small pollock and rockies as we began to head back there was a small causeway that floods as the tide rise's and there where large shoals of mullet in very shallow water a presure they where waiting to get accross the cause way i shot one that i lost because for some stupid reason i began to pull the line towars me and it got away. jason c had a very nice gg of 2lb 1 oz , we then returned the next same day but i only saw 1 gray that was around 4lb but shot away asoon as it saw me , they where not waiting in the tide as they where the day before any on know why ? also i have noticed that i have recently been hearing clicks under water and i am ablivious as to what it is ?! thanks king regard mac

Only managed one outing in the past couple of weeks.. Lot's of Pollock and probably the biggest Wrasse I've seen so far but nothing worth shooting. Should have time this weekend to in the drip though so I'll report back!
