Sunday 8/6/2017

Warmup 400m (1 dnf strokes per end)
4*(150f(5), rest ~0:30, 100f(3), rest ~0:20, 50) rest 1:00 between sets (Each set every 8:00 so 150 in 3:10-3:15, 100 in 1:55-2:00, 50 in 0:50-0:55)

Total - 1600m

Gym
superset pullups/pushups 4*10/20
shoulders 3*20
triceps rope 20,15,15
squats 3*20

Did not feel like doing DYNs today so I did this instead.

At the 3:20 hold I choked on my own saliva during the last breathe in so I had to quickly reset the table to start at 3:20 and the rest ended up being around 2:30.

Tired today...quads were burning the whole time and I had very strong urge to breath.

Huge progress on the DNF over/unders. Could have done several more but I stopped for safety reasons. Took me no more than 6 strokes to get across the 25m pool on each one.
