Last set went well over 4:00 (4:20 is a conservative estimate). The Apnea Trainer app stopped at a second round of 3:50 but I kept going and estimated the extra time based on the MP3s I was listening to on my computer. I could have kept going but I will save my energy to properly time it.

4*(150f(5), rest 0:30, 100f(3), rest 0:20, 50) (Total time 33:25 so 150 in 3:30, 100 in 2:00-2:05, 50 in 0:55-1:00)

Total - 1600m

Really out of shape for swimming, apnea and swimming don't mix

Didn't really want to do apneas today and also didn't want to push my ankle. Did some hypoxic breathing sets instead and it looks like my performance there is as usual (except I went out way too fast on the first :blackeye:). I will go back to splitting my pool days between hard swimming days and DYN/DNF days.
