Bad day today, not feeling good. Was planning to do 10*55u as usual. Also I have to stop using the dive skin, it is really detracting from performance.

It feels like (ironically) the very loose dive skin provides better streamlining than my swim shorts/body.

Terrible day, nasal passages felt "narrow" which made contractions very tough to deal with, didn't get much sleep, and my right ankle has been hurting for the past month. Also the pool was colder than usual. Try again tomorrow.

Better today, pool was still cold so I started to shiver by the time I was done with the 50us. I am also getting pretty burnt out on the 50us, I am having trouble keeping the rest low.

Excellent day today! I was shivering very hard the entire time but I was still able to complete one of my toughest workouts. Could have kept going on all three exercises.

Shivering but otherwise felt great lung-wise. Kept it short on purpose. I am just trying to maintain my performance now and I have some achy ankle/knee/hip so trying to stay injury-free also.

Upper 60s, cloudy, and windy today, I was shivering within a few minutes of getting in the pool. Felt good otherwise, and I could have done 50u's on lower interval but I was shivering very hard and wanted a safety margin.

Once again I was shivering very hard during the 50us (both during recovery and while performing DYNs) so I did not want to lower the interval. Great performance otherwise. Good CO2 tolerance possibly boosted by the cold.
