Warmup 400m -- i do these with 2 dnfs per end, today getting around 12.5m off each end (working on frog kick and glide)
11*25u with 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/4/4/5 breaths in between (275u)
10*50u resting 2:00 (~1:11 each) (500u)
10*25uf DYN (500/250u)
2*25ufufufuf DNF with 5 breaths at the wall (400/200u) -- each ~6:30 with 2:20 rest

Very frustrating and strange how a small difference in lap length could result in such a huge difference in performance. I was actually getting bored during my exercises.

2*60u resting 2:00 and each took ~1:25 (120u) -- felt pretty hypoxic here and I was shivering so I stopped
8*25u/25f DNF (4-5 breaths at the wall, ~11:00 so ~1:22/rep) (400/200u)

Back in 25 meter pool

Back in the cold pool, sucks because it is hard to do more than 25u while shivering.

Went out way too fast on the first 150, pretty good results nonetheless.

5*50u every 3:00, 5*50u every 2:30, 3*50u every 2:00 (750u) -- The last 2-3 50s felt very hypoxic!
6*25uf DNF (5 breaths at the wall, ~9:15 so faster than yesterday) (300/150u)

Total - 1950/1150u

Pool temperature is warm again, so my performance was pretty good today. First 10 50us were very easy, last 3 were tough.

8*25uf DNF, 4 breaths at the wall (11:35 total so ~1:27/rep) (400/200u) -- took about 4.5 - 5 strokes here (1 less than usual), dive skin is cheating :sneaky:

Everything was very easy today, I got pretty bored doing the 50us

Cold day again, shivering the entire time so there was a performance drop

Huge performance increase in the pyramid!! Another goal accomplished today. It seems like DNF helps swimming a lot more than swimming helps apnea.
