Great report Ian - that looks truly horrible!

I wonder if there is a lot of sediment sitting on the bottom after the big winter storms - the water seems to go completely brown at even the slightest blow. I noticed last week that the water went from fishable to un-fishable very quickly - far worse than normal.

Just got back from south on drive down all was still wind gone sea flat?3/4m viz WTF 5hrs ago it was blowning and choppy as duck and vis looked crap .tried two spots 1st 3-4m vis no fish seen 2nd spot .5 to 2m viz two small wrass seen will try in morn on high again if wind still northerly .crap weather again pouring n windy n cool.14/15 oc on vyper.

Just got out for breaky .tried two spots on south on high this morn nice this morning as sun came up appeared calm but got to sea and waves were constantly smashing in try but it was to much hard work .went spot two hoping for shelter viz was shit 0-1m took 45out and could just see the end !carried on trying further out .hung around and saw loads off mullet /bass missed 4/5shots they just shot out of the foggy gloom at ya.vis dropped as tide dropped .oh well least I've seen fish n got in 14 oc on vyper. weather so changeable ! Sure the vis will be 3-4m along coast south somewhere.
