Spearing north wales

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
try again did post but went somewhere!Just got out s4/5 blue sky flat sea vis very good considering 2-5m very cool now tho. 10 0c on vyper no fish seen bar shole bait fish and goby footage tomorrow eve hopefully. need to try new spots. Hands n feet v cold may try to get out one more time !

I did pop in ! Whats this havein days off how inconciderate .Had loads of dosh and a million questions too!.Theres me wonting to feel n touch lots of shiney things bloody typical and i wonted things like 3m vest, gloves ,5 mm socks, snorkle ,spear tip, flag n pole , bungges ,n a pole spear.!...cant say your were out fishin its been shit down here for the last two weeks.LOL

nice vid mate. I especially liked the diving at great depth. 1M is for 1 Mile. right??

From that groyne at about 9 min. theres a reef towards the headland. Ive had good fish from it on Hw. Not sure from vid but you might have covered it.
 
Thanks Bass d next vid will be short and v different i hope if i get out again this year ?that reefs a spot where i got my first fish get there when conditions are good is the trick .think lots of fish pass there from what ive seen great little reef must get there soon ? Take it things arent looking good for this weekend ?if its anything like its here in newton abbot south devon!hells mourh web cam looked well wipped out !
 
Nice little vid there Ian, spookily devoid of life though.

I'd expect that all of Wales will be a mess this weekend, though the webcam of the jetty at Abersoch Abersoch .co.uk - SCYC Webcam looks much better than I would've imagined. Still, I think a trip down from Manchester will still end up being a wasted trip.

If anyone finds any vis then I'd be interested to know
 
anyone see the sea? is it worth coming over for weekend ??whats the north side like?on m5 coming out of devon heading home.
 
South side will be murked, not sure about the north though. Probably the same with all the rain. Wind hit 50 knots in Barmouth yesterday. The seas still choppy now. Strong northerlys mid week aren't looking good either. It's all doom and gloom up here!!
 
prob going to give this weekend a miss had anough rain water n cold winds this week from the sunny south!LOL .try again on the south coast in a weeks time if this crap weather every give us a break ?um it hasn't all year don't think i will hold my breath!....! Where are you all hideing?

well done Ian, at least you're getting in! whats that noise every time you dive? sounds like a fishing reel being stripped of line??? keep working on the breathhold... i think that was a small flatty at 2 minutes
 
Think it my bands / lines oscillating ! do you think its to loud I will hold them when dropping down next time n see .thought twanging yer bands brought fish in!!!.May be its bad vibes! Must get some training on freediveing breath holding I'm crap at moment ...no I'm just crap its the end of the season I should be at my best !just watched latest vid again it is v loud noise its my pet whale ! That's what the Mrs says! Might be amplified by camera being clamped to gun? It does look like a flaty with spots at 2 mins I didn't see it or it was a rock !
