static apnea training tables

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

I have the same problem, as soon as I look at the time my concentration is gone I can only hold on for another 30 seconds maybe. To get around that I use these tables that have a voice that tells you when do start and stop holding your breath. I'm not on my computer right now so I'm not sure what program it is but its either the one found on this thread

Unfortunatelly = I didn't open it yet - will have to find out how anyway.
This morning after waking up I tried to train my way - just holding breath as I wrote before. Thanks to aftersleep relaxation I went up to 4:50. :) And with more push I would reach over 5

Well, new realms are opening before me :-D

diving in cyrpus

hi forum gurus, just wondering how many people are from cyprus and would like to share training and fishing this winter.

looking for some training help. I have been teaching technical and recreational scuba for 4 years but stopped recently and spend most of my time spearfishing. I am ok with free diving can easily do 27m i have had no training and am looking for help to puch my boundries.

You know there is a freediving club in Barcelona. Google apneacatalunya and you will find them.
Over 4 minutes is a great start!!
