Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
I saw an article on boots with GPS system inside the sole, perhaps GPS flippers are next?
Hi there!
I would like a kind of weightbelt that wraps around the
torso and shoulders, much like the straps of a backpack.
So the weight will be concentrated exactly where the
bouyancy comes from, namely the lungs.
It wouldn´t slide up or down, like traditional weightbelts.
It would surely need some kind of four point buckle in
front, for emergency dumps.
Maybe it could also hold a small bladder to equalize low
volume pipe goggles...

My second item on the wish list is a really good noseclamp.

The third item is a variable bouyancy weight:
If You have a really tought collapsible and watertight
container filled with air, You should be able to compress is
by the means of some kind of mechanism, varying it´s
bouyancy without adding or loosing air.
(just like compressing an inflated ball)

Ahhh, and maybe fluid goggles with an integral flooding system.
A small bladder full of Bausch&Lomb´s saline solution will not
affect a freediver´s performance, because it does not compress.
Maybe the goggles can be filled without that much fuss...
