I’m diving the M483 with Andy on Thursday morning and maybe a scallop bash on Friday. It would be nice to have a good look around for a change.

If anyone else is qualified to 50m, there is still a place left for diving the M483 and a couple of places for Friday scalloping.

Regarding the bass situation, it would seem that nothing has changed & we can still take bass from the shore.
Fingers crossed this wont change...

I seem to remember talk at last years meet of removing grey mullet from the species list in 2018. Is this something you are still looking at doing Mart?

I don't think we should remove it but perhaps put a 'one fish per diver' daily limit?

Still doubtful as they do not have the legal power to do this. The shoreline is owned by the Crown, not the States of Guernsey.

Yes, not the best news, we will have to see how the situation develops but it does not look good..
I might have to contradict myself and increase the mullet tally by adding - thin lip and golden grey mullet!
